S&V Trucking Services values and respects every carrier that moves freight with us. We have a fundamental belief: if you succeed, we succeed. We pledge honesty, integrity, fair rates and on time payment in every transaction. We require all of our carriers to undergo a rigorous screening process. Each carrier must be pre-qualified with S&V Trucking Services prior to moving the first load. We believe in delivering results and therefore search out carriers with excellent safety ratings, legal operating authority, and proof of insurance. We perform scheduled audits on safety ratings for all our carriers. Our state of the art Transportation Management System alerts us when insurance certificates are up for renewal or safety ratings are compromised.

- Operating Authority (Please provide certificate)
- Signed Broker Carrier Agreement
- Certificate of Insurange showing S&V Trucking as a Certificate Holder
- $250,000 Cargo Insurance Required
- $1,000,000 Automobile/Public Liability Required
- $100,000 Workers Comp Insurance Required
- W-9 Completed
- DOT Rating – Must be ‘Satisfactory’ (FTL and Drayman)
- SCAC Code (FTL and Drayman)
